Please log into the portal at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

Find yourself a private area to maintain confidentiality

BE SPECIFIC. The more detail the better because the doctor cannot touch you. However, the doctor may ask you to reveal some skin if necessary. Don’t worry, the telehealth visit software is encrypted and patient confidentiality and privacy are not compromised. The software does not record video.
